Last Date for Requesting Change of Examination City withpayment of additional fee 3rd week of November 2018
Admit Card available 4th January 2019
GATE Examination 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th February 2019
Announcement of the Results 16th March 2019
GATE Scorecard available for download 20th March to 31st March 2019
Counselling starts 1st week of April 2019

GATE 2019 Exam Pattern

GATE 2019 exam pattern is explained in the following table-

Technical Section: 70 Marks General Aptitude: 15 Marks Engineering Mathematics: 15 Marks
25 marks to 40 marks will allotted to Numeric Answer Type Questions
Negative Marking: No negative marking in NAT questions. -1/3, -2/3 marks would be subtracted for wrong answer in MCQ type questions carrying 1 and 2 marks respectively.
